Unconfirmed: Motorola Droid 2 is hardly ever returned

The Motorola Droid 2 is undoubedtly a solid device, but is it the best device Verizon Wireless has to offer? According to one of BGR’s sources, the Motorola Droid 2 has the lowest smartphone return rate, meaning customers are purchasing the smartphone and are satisfied enough to keep it. Of course, this could mean relatively few people are purchasing the Droid 2, therefore causing a low return rate, but I think this means many people are buying the phone and have very few complaints with it.

Additionally, the Droid 2 has “one of the lowest drop call rates” on the network, which is kudos for Motorola on a strong cell phone design. It would be nice to see some official statistics on the return rate and drop call rate, but it is highly unlikely Verizon will publish such information.
