Nokia gets official with the N8, coming the “last week of September”

Nokia has officially announced that the N8 will be available by way of the Nokia Online Shop sometime during the “last week of September.” In terms of pricing, expect to pay £429. Of course, that £429 price tag means a SIM-free purchase. Otherwise, those looking to spend a little less upfront can also opt for the subsidized model which will set you back £35 per month. Otherwise, the Nokia N8 will be available with retailers such as Carphone Warehouse, O2, Orange, Phones4u, T-Mobile, Tesco Phone Shops, Three Mobile, Virgin Mobile and Vodafone beginning on October 1st.
