LG Optimus S on Sprint to launch November 7 for $49 on a two year contract

LG Optimus S The LG Optimus S, a mid-range Android device on Sprint, is set to launch on November 7 for only $49.99 on a new two year contract. LG’s latest Android device features a 3.2 inch touch screen, 3.2 MP camera, Android 2.2, Mobile Hotspot capability, microSD memory expansion, and is available in a charcoal color. In case you don’t want your LG Optimus S in charcoal, a purple version of the device will be available on November 21. Lastly, the phone requires a $100 MIR so you will have to pay $149 up front and wait for your MIR to clear, assuming you don’t forget to hand it in.
