AT&T lowers refurbished iPhone 4′s, 16GB model now down to $99 on a two-year agreement

AT&T has cut another $50 off of the refurbished iPhone 4 pricing, which means you can score the 16GB model for $99 and the 32GB model for $199. Furthermore, if you are willing to go with what AT&T is calling a phone with a “cosmetic blemish” you can save a few more bucks. The blemished 16GB iPhone 4 is $79 and the blemished 32GB iPhone 4 is $179. Of course, as you would expect — all come with a two-year agreement.
