Another day and another leak coming from Verizon, and this latest may not be the best of news for those who are on two-year agreements and like to upgrade early. According to the details given, these new rules are set to go into effect on January 16th and they mean customers on a two-year agreement will “no longer be able to upgrade in months 13-20 of their 24 month contract as a standard policy.” That said, we are going to have to sit tight and wait for something official to come from Verizon, but still, I am sure this will upset at least some users.
