Best Buy will not be carrying the Verizon iPhone, but may have the exclusive on the HTC Thunderbolt

According to the Boy Genius, Best Buy will not be offering the Verizon iPhone at first launch however they are going to have “exclusive retail sale” rights for the Android based HTC Thunderbolt when that comes available. Of course, none of this has been confirmed by Verizon or Best Buy just yet. In other words, until we hear something official, this is just a rumor. That said, while the Thunderbolt is a more than decent looking Android device, we cannot help but think Best Buy would be disappointed with missing out on the iPhone launch.
