I am a long time Flickr user, so much so that I was in the group that was forced to transition from my original Flickr username to logging in with a Yahoo! ID. Needless to say, that was not the best day for Flickr in the eyes of many, but thankfully changes have come and are still coming to the Flickr login process and the latest is with Facebook. Yup, users can now login to their Flickr account with their Facebook login credentials. And while some may have issue with using a Facebook login on Flickr, it somehow feels nicer for me. That said, there is also the option to login with your Google account, and just for those wondering, the Google login process was introduced last year. Furthermore, those who choose to login using their Facebook or Google credentials will be able to start sharing their public photo uploads to Facebook, which can be setup by visiting your settings page in Flickr.
