Apple offers up iTunes version 10.1.2, brings us one step closer to the Verizon iPhone 4

While this does not bring us any closer to the February 10th release date of the Verizon iPhone 4, it does bring the support that will be required. Yup, Apple has released the latest iTunes software update, which brings the version up to 10.1.2 and includes support for the “CDMA iPhone 4.” Interesting to see that it was not listed as the Verizon iPhone 4, but either way, it will still mean that those who make the purchase from Verizon will be able to setup and sync their iDevice. In addition, iTunes 10.1.2 was also noted as having “a number of important stability and performance improvements.”
