Virgin Mobile Samsung Intercept will get Android 2.2 Froyo update in late-March

It looks like those sporting a Virgin Mobile branded Samsung Intercept have something to look forward to — Froyo. The details are coming by way of Virgin Mobile, well, by way of their Twitter account and offer a rough timeline of late-March for the arrival.

“We know you have been asking for specifics on when VM will be getting the update to Android Froyo 2.2….it will be available about 3/25.”
