Tired of hearing so much about those upcoming Android tablets? Well, here’s something different for a change. Lenovo is releasing the new ThinkPad X120e ultra-thin business notebook on March 8 for $399. This notebook was actually announced in CES 2011 and it took this long for Lenovo to have it read for public consumption. And although the ThinkPad X120e is priced like your average netbook, it is however a pretty powerful machine.
The ThinkPad X120e boasts of an 11.6-inch screen display, AMD Fusion E processor with an integrated GPU, webcam, HDMI out port, and full keyboard. The notebook also weighs in pretty lightly at 2.9 lbs. It will have a battery life of around 6.6 hours. It’s a pretty good notebook feature-wise but of course the deal-maker is the notebook’s price which is pretty low for a standard business notebook.
