Still planning to get one of those old and trusty netbooks? Acer has something for you by way of the new Aspire One AOD255E netbook which is currently up for grabs from Amazon.com for only $330. In case you’re not aware this Acer netbook has been available from Amazon before but with a lower spec’d processor – Intel Atom N455 and N550. But this time around, Acer bumped it up a little bit by replacing it with the Intel Atom N570 which now has a processing speed of 1.66GHz from the previous 1.5GHz.
If you’re interested in getting one of this netbooks, we have some good news for you. Amazon is selling it for only $330. And for that price, you’ll get a “still” nice portable netbook with the following features – a 250GB HDD, 10.1-inch display (1024×600), Windows 7 Starter Edition, 3 USB ports, and Ethernet 802.11 b/g/n. The Acer Aspire One AOD255E weighs in at around 2.76 lbs., in case you worry too much about weight.
