Rumor: T-Mobile to release the G-Slate tablet and G2x smartphone on April 20th

T-Mobile officially announced the G-Slate tablet back in early-February and at the time they noted that it would be arriving sometime in the spring. Well, lets just say that time is almost upon us and given we are getting closer and closer — the release rumors are starting to increase. That said, the latest details suggest T-Mobile will release the LG G-Slate tablet (along with the GX2 smartphone) on April 20th. The G-Slate is a 10 inch tablet that has 3D features and will be running Android 3.0 Honeycomb while the GX2 is the T-Mobile version of the Optimus 2X and will feature a dual-core processor and Android 2.2. With that, the official release details are expected to be announced shortly, during CTIA.
