Netflix offers credit for recent outage — user must click to claim

So Netflix went down the other night, and well, it looks like they are making good on that outage. But making good in a way that requires action on the part of the user. You see, Netflix is offering a 3 percent credit, however you need to click a link in the email they send in order to actually get that credit. In other words, if you get an email from Netflix, make sure you open it and click the “apply a credit” link.
