Logitech has just announced that its Logitech Alert app for iPad is now available for download from the App Store. This app is among the family of mobile apps that Logitech is developing for the iPad. Logitech Alert app for iPad allows you to easily access your Logitech Alert digital video security system from anywhere you bring your iPad. The app enhances Logitech’s digital video security system through brilliant and clear HD video with rich audio – making video surveillance on the go a pleasant task to do.

The iPad app provides clear 720p HD video with superior sound quality as captured by your Logitech Alert cameras which include the Logitech Alert 7501 Master System, Logitech Alert 750e Outdoor Master System and any other Logitech add-on camera. The app makes it easier for you to check up on your home or small business by simply connecting to your cameras anytime. In addition, if you have the Logitech Alert Web and Mobile Commander services, the app will also let you video recordings captured by those system when motion was detected. You can also turn on motion alert systems of these two devices from your iPad.
