Droid Incredible 2, Casio G'zOne Comando smartphones now available with Verizon

As we has expected to happen (and unlike the Droid Charge), the Casio G’zOne Commando and the Droid Incredible 2 have come available with Verizon Wireless. Both handsets come priced at $199.99 on a two-year agreement and Verizon is throwing in free overnight shipping if you order from their website. Otherwise, the Incredible 2 is priced at $439.99 contract free and the C’zOne Commando is $449.99 without the contract.

In terms of features, the Droid Incredible 2 is sporting a 4 inch (480 x 800) Super LCD touchscreen display, 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8655 Snapdraon processor, 16GB microSD card, 1450 mAh battery, 1.3 megapixel front facing camera, 8 megapixel rear facing camera with auto-focus and dual LED flash and Android 2.2 Froyo.

As for the Casio G’zOne Commando, this one is also running Android 2.2 however unlike the Incredible 2, the Commando is a rugged designed handset that meets Military Standards 810G for Immersion, Rain, Shock & Dust Resistant, Vibration, Salt Fog, Humidity, Solar Radiation, Altitude, Low and High Temperature Storage. Other features of the Commando include a 3.6 inch (480 x 800) touchscreen display, 8GB microSD card, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, 3.5mm headphone jack, 1460 mAh battery and a 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus and flash.
