BlackBerry 6 now available for the AT&T branded Bold 9700 and Curve 3G

Those sporting a BlackBerry on AT&T, or more specifically, a Bold 9700 or a Curve 3G may want to pay attention to this one — an update is ready and waiting. It seems AT&T has finally approved the BlackBerry 6 update for both of these handsets. This update will bring both the Bold 9700 and the Curve 3G up to OS version 6.0.0.526. And sure, while it has been a long time coming for AT&T users with these handsets, at least you can now enjoy those features that come along with BlackBerry 6 such as the universal search and improved web browsing as well as the social feeds and views. Bottom line, better late than never.
