Motorola Droid 3 specs leak ahead of official announcement

While this is not the first time we have heard rumblings of the Motorola Droid 3, this is the first time we are hearing some of the finer points — specifically in terms of the display, which happens to be qHD and measure in at 4 inches. And the above image provides a nice look at the keyboard which is now sporting a 5th (and numeric) row. Otherwise, the Droid 3 is expected to have a Tegra 2 processor, HDMI out, front facing camera and 8 megapixel rear facing camera. That said, according to the latest in the rumor mill, it looks like the Droid 3 will make an appearance sometime next month.
