Slacker for BlackBerry (smartphones) updated, download it from the App World

The team over at Slacker has rolled out the latest update in terms of the BlackBerry app, and before any PlayBook users get excited, this one is for the smartphones. That being said, this latest update brings the version up to 4.0.736 and while we have yet to see an updated change log, it has been said that the new version is at least a bit speedier in terms of start up time. And even with that alone it seems worthy of an update. Now we can only hope that Slacker offers something MUCH better in terms of the PlayBook app sooner rather than later so it can catch up with the features of the smartphone app.
