Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 3G

Did you get the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 last week? I’m still awaiting for the shipment of my order from Amazon.com. But for those of you who did not get the new Tab simply because you want the 3G version instead, well your wish may soon be granted. An FCC filing which Samsung submitted to the FCC was discovered today and this has the bearings of a new Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 with a 3G logo. Test reports are also showing that this Galaxy Tab will support GSM 850 and 1900 bands as well as WCDMA (UMTS) bands II and V. In case you’re not aware, those bands happen to be the ones used by AT&T. Yes folks, in other words – AT&T may soon be releasing a 3G version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. Expect AT&T to make some announcements about this real soon. Hopefully, you will all get a good deal out of it in terms of pricing and data coverage. So who’s excited about the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 3G version? Honestly, I am. Too bad I already have the Wi-Fi version in transit.
