Dolphin Browser HD updated to version 6.0, now with new webzine feature

Dolphin Browser HD, one of the most popular alternative Android mobile web browsers has just been updated to version 6.0. The Android app which is now sporting a new logo as brought about by the update fixes known issues and bugs since the app was first released as well as crash problems encountered by Asus Transformer and Motorola Xoom users. It also fixes the Google image issue encountered by some users. But the most important new feature added to the new version of the app is the webzine feature. Webzine lets you display web pages as a series of thumbnail images. It uses the webpages’ RSS feeds and allows you to scroll through the pages by simply tapping on a thumbnail image. If you’re familiar with news readers apps such as Pulse and Google Reader HD, Dolphin Browser HD’s webzine feature is more or less similar. Simply put, webzine makes your mobile web browsing experience more fun than before.

Other features of Dolphin Browser HD for Android include, add-on, gesture commands, tabbed browsing, sidebar, speed dial, smart address bar, bookmark folder, user agent, color theme pack, and support for various languages.
