The original 7 inch Galaxy Tab may not be the newest device on the market, however it is still a more than capable device, which I say from experience considering I am currently rocking one with Verizon. And well, the carriers are still charging a pretty penny for this now not-so-new-anymore tablet. That said, while Sprint may regularly charge $199.99 for the Galaxy Tab, you can now pick one up from Kmart for half-off. Yup, Kmart has begun advertising a $99.99 Sprint compatible Galaxy Tab. Of course, this price assumes a two-year agreement, which means you are likely to have a rather outdated device at the end. But on the bright side, the $99.99 price tag comes as-is meaning nothing as far as mail-in-rebates. Otherwise, it does come with the $36 activation fee and a potential early termination fee of $350 should you decide to cancel early. Bottom line, if you are looking for a tablet, preferably with a 7 inch display and not willing (or able) to shell out several hundred dollars up front — this may be a good way to go.
