Starbucks free paid iPhone apps

Continuing their partnership which started by giving out free music tracks via iTunes, Apple and Starbucks is doing the same gig, this for doling out paid iPhone apps for free. The gig is using the same “Pick of the Week” cards used during the free music promo. These cards can be found at the cash register and are given out to customers when they get their favorite Starbucks drinks. The cards bear some codes which can be then be used as redeem code into iTunes or the App Store. Seems like a pretty good incentive to get your daily caffeine fix from Starbucks instead of coffee joint, right? So, for this week the paid app being offered for free is Shazam which retails for $5.29 from the App Store. So if you haven’t downloaded this app yet on your iPhone, better head to the nearest Starbucks store first before checking out the App Store. It’s better to sip your favorite Starbucks coffee as you redeem your free iPhone app, right?
