BlackBerry Curve 9360

For our dear readers in Canada who got excited about some of the new BlackBerry Curves announced by RIM a few days ago, Telus is cutting that excitement off by way of releasing one of the new model Curves. The new BlackBerry Curve 9360 is now available from Telus and can be had for $49.99 on a three-year contract. For that price, you’ll get one of RIM’s latest handsets running on the new BlackBerry OS 7. And if you have read RIM’s announcement a few days ago, BlackBerry 7 OS features a new graphical rendering engine, voice activated universal search as well as support for augmented reality and 3D apps. The BlackBerry Curve 9360 is also one of the handsets with NFC feature although we’re not entirely certain as to whether Telus will be activating or locking this feature out. With or without the NFC feature, the BlackBerry Curve 9360 still comes with some nice specs including a 2.4-inch display with 480×360 resolution, 512MB of RAM and an 800MHz processor. If you’re keen on getting this device, you better check out Telus’ online store.
