Two robots have a conversation

Did you ever wonder what it would be like to witness two robots in deep conversation? And no, watching Terminator 2 does not qualify. Cornell University’s Creative Machines Lab decided to place the infamous Cleverbot against another Cleverbot. Although the conversation is roughly the equivalent of a Seinfeld dialogue, it is interesting to see what a robot conversation would sound like.

With the male and female bots juxtaposed, you can actually see a variance in their personalities. Judging by their questions and responses, the male bot seems to be carefree while the female bot has a more assertive personality. I wonder how these conversations will sound 20 years from now.
