In addition the the 4.7 inch HTC Titan smartphone, HTC has also announced the Radar smartphone. This handset is also running Windows Phone 7.5 Mango, however the specs are a bit lower as compared to the Titan. Plus, The HTC Radar is sporting a much smaller display — 3.8 inches, as opposed to the massive 4.7 incher found on the Titan. That being said, similar to the HTC Titan announcement, we are still left waiting on pricing and carrier partner news, however we do know that the HTC Radar is expected to come available beginning in October. And with that, here are the specs for the Radar;
