Recently made available for the iPhone and iPod Touch, Dolphin Browser HD has just been released and made to work beautifully on the iPad. The app takes full use of the iPad’s bigger screen display to offer a mobile web browsing experience far better than how it is on the Safari Mobile web browser. Dolphin Browser HD hides opened tabs and the address toolbars to let you enjoy full-screen browsing of websites. The opened tabs stays hidden on the side and can be pulled out by swiping gestures. The same is true for bookmarks which you can pull by swiping your fingers to the right. Bookmarks can also be grouped together into folders, similar to how other third-party browsers do it.
Another nice feature of Dolphin Browser HD is the recently introduced Webzine. This was recently rolled out for the Dolphin Browser for Android as well as the iPhone and iPod Touch apps. Webzine gives you a cool, interactive view of your favorites websites similar to native digital magazine apps. While checking out this feature, this iPad version has a cool way of loading and closing sites.
Other features of Dolphin Browser HD for iPad include – multiple tab browsing, find on page feature for looking up words on a long article, bookmark management, user agent, and private mode.
Dolphin Browser HD is available now as a free download from the App Store.
