Following their recent investment to Beats by Dr. Dre, HTC has just announced the new HTC Sensation XE. This Android powered smartphone is basically the old HTC Sensation bumped up in terms of processor which is now a 1.5GHz dual-core one plus the fact that it will be released together with a special pair of Beat by Dr. Dre headphones. The HTC Sensation XE also packs in a 4.3-inch qHD touchscreen display with 540×960 resolution, a 1330mAh battery pack, 8GB/16GB of microSD card plus an in-line remote control that lets you control the phone’s music player. The phone also comes with a Beats-optimized sound profile. According to HTC this profile can give out fuller bass, sharper vocals and broader range. The HTC Sensation is scheduled to hit the European, Asian, African and Middle Eastern countries this month. Pricing and whether this Android phone will ever reach the American shores are still unknown at this time.
