Boost Mobile has just announced the new Samsung Transform Ultra, a follow-up to the previously released Samsung Galaxy Prevail which became one of Samsung’s best-selling no-contract smartphones to date. The Samsung Transform Ultra features a full QWERTY keyboard with touch screen display, giving you two input methods.The phone runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread and is packed with a 1GHz processor, a 3MP rear-facing camera, VGA front-facing camera for video chat, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, microSD card support for up to 32GB capacity. Unique to the phone is Mobile ID which is an exclusive service provided by Boost. This allows you to download and install “ID packs,” containing apps, widgets, ringtones and wallpapers. One such ID packs is the MTV Music pack which gives you access to MTV contents and lets you stream, download, identify, search and discover music. The Samsung Transform Ultra will be available from Boost Mobile on Oct 7 for $229.99.
