One of the main questions on the minds of T-Mobile customers — if the acquisition of AT&T and T-Mobile goes through — is whether their current contract plan can be continued after it expires. According to a leaked internal FAQ guide for T-Mobile reps, customers on T-Mobile will be able to keep their current contract plan even after it expires. Therefore, if you’re particularly fond of your current plan with T-Mobile, you will be able to continue it after the contract expires even if the AT&T merger goes through.
Now that that question is out of the way, the next logical question becomes if you wish to upgrade to a AT&T smartphone, will you still be able to keep your expired plan originally from T-Mobile? Hopefully the answer to that question and any others you may have will be answered in the near future.
