Internet music streaming service, Pandora has just rolled a massive site redesign. In fact, the new website is so massive that the Pandora blog is calling it the “new Pandora.” The site redesign, according to the blog is a product of more than a year of planning, design, engineering, and beta testing. So, now the new Pandora is using HTML5 which may transcend into the site becoming a more responsive, easier to use and better integrated with the ultimate goal of better connecting users with their friends. In other words, the new Pandora is also now more socially integrated.
Some of the key features added to the site include enhancement to auto-complete choices and personalized suggestion, enhancement to listener profiles and new music feed, and improvement in player control buttons which include play, pause, thumbs-up and thumbs-down icons. This help you to easily personalize your music and stations. Additionally, Pandora now also gives you an option to learn more about the music, find lyrics, read artists’ bios and expand album art size. But the best new feature introduced is the fact that the 40 hours listening cap is now lifted including those for on-Premium members. The new Pandora will be rolled out gradually, so tell us if it has already been rolled out to your account and share with us how you find it so far.
