The Hotmail for Android app arrives with a (seemingly fitting) version number of 7.8.2.44.9150 and as a 6.1M file download. Perhaps more important than what seems like a random string of numbers that make up the version number though, the Hotmail app requires Android 2.1 (up to 2.3.3) for use. In terms of features, well, it is Hotmail on your Android smartphone and it includes the following goodies;
