Nokia has just announced two new smartphones featuring the latest version of the Nokia Browser. These two phones are the Nokia C2-05 and Nokia X2-05. Preloaded with the new Nokia Browser, these two handsets promise a faster mobile web browsing experience at a fraction of the bandwith and cost of other mobile phones, according to Nokia. The two phones also come built-in with the Nokia Store where users can get a load of useful apps and other content.
Looking now at their individual specs and features, the Nokia C2-05 sports a slider form-factor and boasts of VGA camera with digital zoom, full-screen viewfinder, media player, FM radio with recorder, 32GB of external memory via microSD card, Bluetooth, MicroUSB, 2-inch QVGA resolution (320×240) LCD, and battery life up to 20 days standby or 4 hours talk time. The Nokia X2-05 on the other hand is a candy-bar music phone that can play both MP3 and MP4 files. Other features include FM radio with recording, 2.2-inch QVGA display (320×240) LCD, microSD card support, VGA camera and battery life that will last up to 25 days standby or four hours talktime.
The Nokia C2-05 and Nokia X2-05 is expected to hit the European market sometime in Q4 for 50 Euros and 46 Euros respectively.
