Bell and Rogers in Canada both officially announced availability of the new HTC Raider, an LTE-capable smartphone running Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread. Rogers is offering said phone under its various LTE plans for $149.99 with 3-year contract while a no-term deal will cost $547.99. Bell also has put up an official product page for the phone but did not clearly specify how much it will cost. Bell also indicated that the HTC Raider will be available starting November 1, while Rogers already has it available. As a review, the HTC Raider features a 4.5-inch qHD touchscreen display (540 x 960), 1.2GHz dual-core processor, HTC Sense 3.0, HTC Watch, 1GB of RAM, 8 megapixel camera with 1080p video recording, 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera, Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Hotspot capability.
