Google has officially announced Google+ support for Google Apps accounts. The support will need to be manually turned on for your organization before you begin (directions can be found here), and nicely done, Google is allowing those administrators to enable Google+ for everyone or for select users. Otherwise, once the support is turned on, users can then go and sign up for an account. In terms of features, the Google Apps account users will have exactly what regular Gmail using users will have including Circles and Hangouts with Extras. With that, if you are a Google Apps user and have been waiting for this, either move forward and set it up, or go and bug your admin so they can set it up.
