Garmin cares about our health, that’s why the company has just announced a new fitness device that aims to ensure that our health and fitness needs are taken care of during the upcoming holiday season. So, here comes the Garmin FR70 fitness watch, a sleek fitness watch and workout tool combined into one nifty device. When you’re training outdoors, you can use the watch to track all your workout data such as time, hear rate, calories burned, and more. It also allows you to connect the device to other Garmin ANT+ compatible devices such as the heart rate monitor, optional foot pod, speed and cadence sensor and even equipment such as treadmill, spin bikes, elliptical trainers and more. Even more useful perhaps is the health monitoring feature of the watch. If you pair it with the Tanita BC-1000 body composition platform, you can track weight, body fat, body water and six other measurements. That’s directly measuring it on the Garmin FR70. You can even sent your data to Garmin Connect provided that your within the range of your computer. The Garmin FR70 is scheduled for a November release. Prepare to fork out $129.99 in exchange for health monitoring device such as this one.
