Google rolls-out latest Google+ for Android app update

It looks like those using Google+ on an Android device have an update ready and waiting. And of course, that update can be found by firing up the Android Market. The updated app brings some welcomed additions including support for Google Apps users. Plus, there has been some improvements in terms of battery life. Otherwise, some of the other features and/or changes that you can expect include;

• Completely new app and new visual design
• Navigation and performance improvements
• Significant notifications improvements
• Brand new posting UI
• Several bug fixes
• Ability to sign out
• Add people to a circle from circle profiles
