Barnes & Noble Nook Color drops to $199.99 with Best Buy

Coming a bit ahead of the Barnes & Noble event that is scheduled for later today, Best Buy has officially dropped the price of the Nook Color. The price is now $199.99 and that includes free shipping for those who place their orders online. Otherwise, the Nook Color features a 7 inch display, 8GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and the ability to read your ebooks along with newspapers and magazines courtesy of Barnes & Noble. And with that being said, while a newly lowered (in price) Nook Color is nice to see, we may suggest waiting to see what Barnes & Noble has coming later today before making a final purchase commitment. After all, they are expected to unveil a Nook Tablet.
