It looks like Amazon has just rolled out a new feature for Amazon Prime members. And strangely enough, it is one that offers Prime members the option to go with slower shipping. Basically, if you are an Amazon Prime member you can now opt for “FREE No-Rush Shipping” during your checkout process and in return, Amazon will give you a $1 credit that you can use at the Amazon MP3 Store. That being said, here is how the offer is described by Amazon (complete with the expiration date);
Don’t need your items in 2 days? Select “FREE No-Rush Shipping.” You’ll get your items in 5-7 days, and when they ship you’ll get a $1 credit to spend on music at our Amazon MP3 Store.
Upon shipment we’ll send you an e-mail confirming that the $1 credit has been applied to your account. You must use this credit by January 31, 2012.
