Facebook Timeline on mobile

Facebook Timeline is finally rolling out to all users, and not just on the desktop site. Today Facebook Timeline will finally be available on mobile, but not to everyone on mobile.

Facebook Timeline is now available to any Android user running Facebook for Android 1.8.1, and to anyone else through m.facebook.com. For now iOS users will have to either wait or use Mobile Safari to see their timeline on their mobile device of choice. The mobile version of Timeline loses the two-sided vertical line, instead it simply put every box in a single line to make it fit on smaller screens. Everything you see on the desktop version will be there, including photo albums and life events. For photo albums you’ll be able to swipe horizontally to see all the photos in the album. The same horizontal swipe will scroll through the information boxes right below your name.

Now the only thing left to wait for in the new Facebook is the iOS app to support Timeline, which hopefully shouldn’t take too long.
