It looks like Telus is getting ready to launch the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9. The tablet will arrive as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE and as implied by the LTE at the end of the name, the tablet will take advantage of the Telus LTE network. So far nothing solid in terms of a price or a release date — at the moment Telus simply has the tablet listed as “coming soon.” That being said, we suspect it will arrive priced similar to what Bell is offering, $429.95 on a three-year agreement or $649.95 with no agreement. Otherwise, the Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE will bring features to include Android 3.2 Honeycomb, an 8.9 inch (1280 x 800) touchscreen display, dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a 2 megapixel front-facing camera and a 3 megapixel rear-facing camera.
