Talk about some crazy numbers, just taking that out to a year and you would be looking at roughly 255,500,000 (more than 250 million per year) — talk about lots of zeros. That being said, it is important to note that Google only counts new activations as opposed to devices that have been sold and re-activated with another user. Otherwise, while the overall number is nice to see, we here at Gadgetell cannot help but wonder what some further break down would look like. For example, how many smartphones as compared to tablets. And how many devices are being activated in each country or area of the world. Either way, 700,000 per day is a rather large number.
