It looks like the Asus Transformer Prime is officially available and in-stock here in the US with Best Buy. The available tablet is the 32GB model and it comes priced at $499.99. But better yet for those who were waiting — this is available as in you can order and it will ship out now. Otherwise, the Transformer Prime arrives as the first NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor powered device and brings other features to include a 10.1 inch touch screen display, 1GB of RAM, 8MP rear facing camera and 1.2MP front facing camera. And lastly, in terms of the Transformer Prime and Android, this device is shipping with 3.2 Honeycomb, however it is expected to be updated to 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
