It looks like MetroPCS is going to be announcing another Android branded smartphone. The handset is the LG Connect 4G and while we are still waiting on the official word from the carrier, an image has recently leaked which shows the handset complete with MetroPCS carrier branding. In other words, MetroPCS will most likely be announcing the Connect 4G sooner rather than later. That being said, that announcement could be arriving next week during CES, or even in the lead up to CES. Otherwise, aside from the image, the details are rather scarce which means that the pricing is also still missing. And lastly, in terms of the handset itself, the LG Connect 4G sports features to include a 4-inch NOVA display, dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 4GB internal storage, a microSD card slot, VGA quality front-facing camera, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera and as the 4G in the name would imply — LTE connectivity.
