Samsung announces the Galaxy Ace Plus mid-range Android phone

Considering that it has closed 2011 with some big smartphones and tablets such as the Galaxy Nexus S and the Galaxy Note, Samsung is starting the year with a not really exciting smartphone but a mid-range one. This is the Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus featuring a 1 GHz processor and HSDPA 7.2 Mbps connectivity backed by WiFi 802.11 for an even more fast browsing speed, downloading and video streaming. Said device also boasts of 2GB shared storage and 1GB direct storage which should contain Android apps that you’re going to install on the device.

Other features of the Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus include a 3.65-inch HVGA display, 5MP auto focus camera with LED flash, A-GPS, Android Gingerbread, TouchWiz UI, and the suite of Samsung apps such as Samsung Social Hub, Music Hub, and ChatON services.
