Acer gives the Iconia Tab A200 the official treatment

There you go folks. Acer heard our longing for an official announcement about its latest tablet – the Acer Iconia Tab A200. Acer just broke the news that the said tablet will be available for sale in the U.S. starting January 15 for $330. Pretty good price for a tablet with such specs such as Android Honeycomb 3.2, 8GB storage, microSD slot expansion, NVIDIA dual-core Tegra 2 processors, 2MP camera, 10.1-inch display with 1280 x 800 resolution and 8 hours of battery life. Bump its storage to 16GB and you’ll need to spend $20 more bucks from the 8GB model’s price. Perhaps one feature of the Iconia Tab A200 that you’ll be interested to remember is that it has a USB 2.0 port so you can easily moves files to and from the tablet to your computer. Additionally, Acer also promises to upgdate the Iconia Tab A200’s OS to ICS sooner than you can think. So there you go folks, start counting the days until January 15 and pretty soon, you’ll be toying around with the Acer Iconia Tab A200. Or will you?
