While watching the AT&T Developer Summit conference, it was clear that AT&T is proud of the fact that it is going to be the first carrier launching a Windows Phone 4G LTE device later this Winter.  A proud Peter Chou showed off his HTC Titan II (which has been leaked as the HTC Radiant).  The Titan II will run on Mango allowing for LTE support.

In terms of specs, the Titan II boasts a 4.7 inch touch screen display, a 16MP rear facing camera, 1.3MP front facing camera, a single-core 1.5GHz processor, 4G LTE, Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango), and a 1,730mAh lithium ion battery.  HTC and Microsoft are clearly very proud of their collaborative work on the Titan II as it operates on the latest technology all around.

The Titan II by HTC will be available for purchase exclusively through AT&T “in the coming months.”
