Mobile World Congress is right around the corner. We expect more announcements than we can shake a stick at once the show starts, but companies are making reveals ahead of time in order to avoid getting drowned out. One such company is Acer which just revealed the Acer Liquid Glow. This Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone is being marketed towards the younger generation with its small form factor and lower price tag.

Acer didn’t drop too many details in its reveal, but here’s what we know so far. The Ace Liquid Glow will come in three colors – Sakura Pink, Alpine White, and Cat’s-eye Black. It’ll have a 3.7-inch display and a 5-megapixel rear camera. Acer also mentioned the NFC capabilities Android Beam provides, so it’s reasonable to believe the Acer Liquid Glow has a NFC chip installed.

Pricing and release information was not shared. We’ll have to wait until MWC to learn all that.
