Acer is set to unveil its latest smartphone at the 2012 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain. Yes, it’s an Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich device and it’s called the Acer Liquid Glow. The Liquid Glow features a 3.7-inch screen with nice curves, chrome deails and a soft-touch casing. It also features a 5MP rear-facing camera with LED flash, panoramic image capture and touch focus. As mentioned, the device runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and as such has the Android Beam feature which lets you share photos to another NFC-enabled device via single tap. For those who are unaware, Android Beam also lets you share contacts, apps, music or videos via NFC. The Acer Liquid Glow will be available in various colors including Sakura Pink, Alpine White and Cat’s-eye Black. It’s scheduled for release this summer. Now, that’s something to look out for during Mobile World Congress.
