Fancy a new wall mount for your iPad? You might want to check out Bracketron’s iRoom iDock, said to be the world’s first motorized in-wall iPad mount. Available for both commercial and residential settings, the iRoom iDock is available in portrait and landscape modes. This in-wall mount can be flushed-mounted in the wall so that you can seamlessly attach and integrate your iPad into any room. It comes with Power over Ethernet (PoE) and 110v models. It also includes both power and composite audio internal connections and of course a patented motorized docking system that opens and closes the iDock – securely storing your iPad. It has an opening mechanism that is activated via one-touch proximity sensor which recognizes when you are nearby and switches the iDock to the open position – letting you insert your iPad. To lock the iPad in place, you can easily disable the said sensor. What’s good about this in-wall mount is that when your iPad is inserted into the dock, you will have total control of smart home apps on the device while the device is being charged. Prices for this iPad mount starts from $599 to $1599.
