New Asus Zenbooks with Ivy Bridge and thin chassis revealed

Looking for a nice, new Asus laptop? Well, you’re in luck as reports say that Asus is preparing to launch two of its latest Zenbooks – the UX31A and UX21A. Both sporting thin chassis and Ivy Bridge chipsets, these two notebooks also feature full HD IPS displays with matte screen options. The devices will be available in 13.3-inch and 11.6-inch screens with 350 nit bright for models with IPS display or 350 nit for LCD models. Screen resolutions for the IPS models will have 1920×1080 pixel resolution while the LCD model will have 1600×900 and 1366×768 pixel resolutions. Other features of the Asus Zenbooks UX31A and UX21A include 1.5V 1600MHz DDR3L RAM in 2GB or 4GB variants, HD Graphics 4000 with SATA III SSD in 256GB or 512GB capacity, Core i7-3517U dual-core, four threads, and 4MB L3 Ivy Bridge processors. Expected price range for these Zenbooks starts at $1,050 to $1,100. No word yet on when this babies will be available.
